Holder of B SC and M SC (University of Nairobi) and PhD Horticulture (Maseno University). Is professionally an agronomist / horticulturalist with a bias to agro-ecology / crop ecology. Has a long university working/teaching experience having worked his way from Graduate Assistantship to Lecturer and has taught several university level courses (PhD, MSc and BSc).He is a devoted unionist currently Chairman UASU Maseno chapter and previously Vice Chairman of the same chapter.

Onyango Stephen Okeyo holds a B. Ed. Science and MSc Physics both from Maseno University and PhD in Theoretical Physics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He is the current UASU Maseno Chapter Secretary. Dr. Okeyo is a dedicated unionist who believes in defending the rights and protecting the welfare of the members
